I bought into Musk’s hype and now I feel stupid or; B. the mainstream media told me that Musk is someone I should worship and it makes me feel stupid to find out he was a sham...” or both, then get over it.
A bunch of media hype told the public that Al Capone, Bernie Madoff and Enron were cool before the truth came out. Live and learn.
The Wall Street Journal just said: “Tesla is a soft budget constraint company in two ways. It gets plenty of revenue indirectly as result of government policy (consumer tax rebates, fuel mileage credits, HOV permits), not to mention directly in the form of loan guarantees, corporate tax abatements, etc.
But Tesla also gets considerable funding from repeated sales of stock to the public. Though its Wall Street cheerleaders don’t emphasize its dependence on political favoritism, Tesla’s own disclosures are required to be more candid. Keeping investors giddy about Tesla’s prospects therefore implicitly means reassuring them that Tesla will continue to attract the political patronage that has sustained it so far.”

– Tesla Motors has filed a patent which states the following , THESE ARE TESLA MOTORS WORDS warning about a crisis, the level of which they never disclosed to the consumer: “Thermal runaway is of major concern since a single incident can lead to significant property damage &, in some circumstances, bodily harm or loss of life. When a battery undergoes thermal runaway, it typically emits a large quantity of smoke, jets of flaming liquid electrolyte, & sufficient heat to lead to the combustion & destruction of materials in close proximity to the cell. If the cell undergoing thermal runaway is surrounded by one or more additional cells as is typical in a battery pack, then a single thermal runaway event can quickly lead to the thermal runaway of multiple cells which, in turn, can lead to much more extensive collateral damage. Regardless of whether a single cell or multiple cells are undergoing this phenomenon, if the initial fire is not extinguished immediately, subsequent fires may be caused that dramatically expand the degree of property damage. For example, the thermal runaway of a battery within an unattended laptop will likely result in not only the destruction of the laptop, but also at least partial destruction of its surroundings, e.g., home, office, car, laboratory, etc. If the laptop is on-board an aircraft, for example within the cargo hold or a luggage compartment, the ensuing smoke & fire may lead to an emergency landing or, under more dire conditions, a crash landing. Tesla has 6800 lithium ion batteries, any one of which can “go thermal”, start a chain reaction and blow up all of the rest of the 6800+ deadly batteries! – Tesla Motors has filed a patent which states the following , THESE ARE TESLA MOTORS WORDS warning about a crisis, the level of which they never disclosed to the consumer: “Thermal runaway is of major concern since a single incident can lead to significant property damage &, in some circumstances, bodily harm or loss of life. When a battery undergoes thermal runaway, it typically emits a large quantity of smoke, jets of flaming liquid electrolyte, & sufficient heat to lead to the combustion & destruction of materials in close proximity to the cell. If the cell undergoing thermal runaway is surrounded by one or more additional cells as is typical in a battery pack, then a single thermal runaway event can quickly lead to the thermal runaway of multiple cells which, in turn, can lead to much more extensive collateral damage. Regardless of whether a single cell or multiple cells are undergoing this phenomenon, if the initial fire is not extinguished immediately, subsequent fires may be caused that dramatically expand the degree of property damage. For example, the thermal runaway of a battery within an unattended laptop will likely result in not only the destruction of the laptop, but also at least partial destruction of its surroundings, e.g., home, office, car, laboratory, etc. If the laptop is on-board an aircraft, for example within the cargo hold or a luggage compartment, the ensuing smoke & fire may lead to an emergency landing or, under more dire conditions, a crash landing. Similarly, the thermal runaway of one or more batteries within the battery pack of a hybrid or electric vehicle may destroy not only the car, but may lead to a car wreck if the car is being driven or the destruction of its surroundings if the car is parked”.
– Tesla's own staff, & every fire department, have now admitted that once a lithium ion fire gets started in a Tesla, that it is impossible to extinguish burning lithium ion material. This is Telsa’s own words in THEIR patent filing, (You can look it up online) saying that the risk is monumental. Tesla has 6800 lithium ion batteries, any one of which can “go thermal”, start a chain reaction and blow up all of the rest of the 6800+ deadly batteries! PRESS RELEASE – WASHINGTON, DC- ### The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) supports campaign financiers, mostly from Silicon Valley, who want to monopolize advanced technology vehicles (ATV) and associated components through its Advanced Technology Vehicle Manufacturing (ATVM) Loan Program administered by the agency's Loan Programs Office (LPO. ATVM is a direct loan program established pursuant to Section 136 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 so that certain politicians have the biggest slush fund ever created.
Under the ATVM Program, Kleiner Perkin’s, and the Silicon Valley Cartel campaign financiers for the Obama, Reid and Feinstein campaigns, who suddenly decide they are automobile manufacturers, or advanced vehicle automobile component manufacturers, are eligible to obtain give-away free direct taxpayer cash, from DOE, for projects that the “SAY” will reequip, expand, or establish manufacturing facilities in the United States that greenwash a load of BS about saying they will produce "ultra-efficient vehicles," passenger automobiles, light duty trucks, or associated components that meet DOE's emission and fuel economy standards for "advanced technology vehicles", When, in fact, they are just using those statements to befuddle taxpayers as a cover-story to get tax credits and kickbacks from the White House.
To date, DOE has funded five of their friend’s loans under the ATVM program totalling $8.4 billion, approximately one third of its $25 million loan authority. To prove the corruption, DOE kicked out every single applicant that competed with the campaign financiers stock portfolios.
The ATVM Program is not subject to an expiration date, and despite previous Congressional efforts to rescind ATVM's funding, because it is the most corrupt program in the history of America, the program and its remaining $16.6 billion in loan authority is being actively promoted for new kick-back programs, to pay for Hillary’s campaign, by the DOE and LPO leadership and staff. DOE staff feel that “Those Republican pigs tried to shut the DOE scam down, but we, at DOE, said “Screw You” and just kept on doing it because Holder was covering our butts”.
ATVM is pretending to “actively solicit quality applications” from anybody, when in fact they plan to, as usual, reject anybody who is not a campaign financier, or funded by one. Program officials are vocal in promoting the use of DOE's capital for industry scale-up and improvement projects exclusively for their campaign moneybags.
For campaign investors, particularly John Doerr, seeking to expand materials, component, or manufacturing lines, ATVM offers an attractive opportunity for low-interest capital, with less fees than other DOE loan programs, and a precedent for both high-value loans and the program office's willingness to interpret its legislative mandate as broadly as possible (e.g. loans in support of companies beyond established automakers, such as Tesla and Fisker, clearly prove that 100% of the cash gets kicked back to those who pay for our bosses political campaigns and give our families stock in their Cartel operations). This is the very program that funded the Obama campaign and it will, again be the very program to fund the next President.
In addition to meeting technology and commercial eligibility criteria, each applicant must be determined, by the White House controlled DOE, to be a favoured campaign financier, without receipt of additional federal scrutiny associated with the proposed project. Specifically, these rigorous terms specify that the principal amount of the loan may not exceed 80 percent of reasonably anticipated total project costs (But we never check), and the term of the loan may not exceed the lesser of the projected life of the proposed project or 25 years, but we always fudge the numbers, and manipulate the applications, with financial hyperbole and bullsh*t, if you are a campaign financier, so you will get in, and your competitors will get sabotaged.
Solyndra was one of our biggest corruption disasters. With Vehicle Production Group's and Fisker Automotive's loans auctioned off following defaults, because our partners: Goldman Sachs and Richard Blum had already skimmed their fees off the top, the loans from Ford and Nissan in the process of repayment, and Tesla's loan fraudulently “paid back” (Except they didn’t and then we gave Musk billions more to pass back to the White House), ATVM has a pathetic record across its five loan portfolio but a less than 2% default rate by dollar value. We are proud to have created the greatest taxpayer loss in U.S. history by destroying more domestic companies, in the shortest time-span, by spending the largest amount of taxpayer dollars, on kick-backs, than any other agency has ever had the audacity to do. F*cking Issa still hasn’t rattled our cage!
Accordingly, we expect the program to continue to push cash to our payola buddies John Doerr, Elon Musk, Eric Schmidt, Steve Jurvetson and Goldman Sachs, as those are our priorities. Things such as strategic and creditworthy partnerships, on the part of applicants, are never considered if you pay to get Google to steer all the search results to elect Hillary; advanced vehicle technologies in the consumer vehicle category (under 8,500 pounds) rather than fleet or commercial vehicles are not relevant; and a strong focus on electric vehicle technology so that the public won’t pay too much attention to our scam (e.g. advanced lithium battery components which we all own the monopoly controlling stock interest in, charging infrastructure, and vehicle lightweighting to offset heavy battery systems).
In March 2015, the Department of Energy announced a conditional commitment for a $259 million loan to Alcoa Inc because the world’s largest metal factory was so broke. They had already spent the money and we owed them so much quid-pro-quo to pay for Obama’s bus. The conditional commitment is the first issued by the Department under the ATVM loan program since Secretary Moniz (Known as Steven Chu 2.0) announced a number of oversight reduction improvements to the program in 2014, and is the first step toward issuing a final loan to Alcoa. If finalized, the loan would support the company's Alcoa, Tennessee, manufacturing facility, where the company will produce high-strength aluminium for North American automakers to lightweight their vehicles because Alcoa executives ONLY can afford two private jets apiece. This jet inequality is horrific in a day and age where Eric Schmidt and John Doerr have all the Gulfstreams’s, and private NASA airfields we can give them.
Unlike the DOE's Title XVII Loan Guarantee Program, the ATVM Program is not subject to an expiration date, application fees, or excessive diligence (We can just hand out taxpayer cash, to our friends, like it is water) and project negotiation fees. Indeed, with ATVM, the DOE covers both the credit subsidy costs and its own counsel fees because you Silicon Valley types are spending billions on mood manipulation and search engine rigging to make sure our guys get elected). While private financing is not broadly available because the Silicon Valley Cartel controls it, via their Cartel and the NVCA Cartel that they own, and blacklists competitors, and we give DOE cash to our VC buddies at attractive, comparable rates exclusive to Silicon Valley VC’s who only get low-interest federal loans, automotive and automotive components; materials for vehicles, engines, batteries, and electronics; and integrated new vehicle technologies remain challenging to finance at a rate comparable to this program from us. Taken together, these factors make this program the most attractive government Corruption and Racketeering Organized Crime Payback Program financing available in history.

Walter Tamosaitis received a $4.1 million from his former U.S. Department of Energy employer who fired him, and engaged in federal retribution tactics, for uncovering unsafe nuclear waste disposal.
A nuclear whistleblower in the US will be paid millions of dollars in exchange for dropping his legal charges against the Department of Energy company that fired him for uncovering unsafe federal disposal of nuclear waste.
AECOM, a distinguished name in infrastructure industry, has reached a $4.1 million settlement with Walter Tamosaitis, a former employee that blew the whistle on an unsafe nuclear waste processing plant in Hanford, Columbia, home to the largest nuclear landfill in the US.
"The company has not tolerated, and will not tolerate, retaliation or harassment in any form against anyone who raises a safety issue in good faith," AECOM said in a statement on Wednesday. "The company is pleased to put this matter behind us and continue with the important cleanup work at the Hanford site."
Before being sacked, Dr. Tamosaitis was leading a team of 100 scientists and engineers who were assigned with designing a method to neuter millions of gallons of highly toxic nuclear sludge which was stored in leaking underground tanks near Columbia River. After the recent catastrophic Colorado EPA river toxins leak, it is now appreciated that Mr. Tamosaitis may have saved millions of future lives, due the pervasive nature of soil sponge-factor toxicity movement across vast areas of inhabited areas. He was working for prime U.S. Department of Energy group: URS at the time, a company that was acquired by AECOM later on.
His team came up with the plans to make a high-tech “vitrification” facility that would turn the sludge into glass that can be safely buried for thousands of years. Initially, the plant was estimated to cost $12 billion to build. However, in 2010, Tamosaitis spotted technology flaws in the project and raised safety concerns that incited the attention of federal investigators and members of US Congress.
URS ignored the warnings and demoted, blacklisted and harassed Tamosaitis as a punishment. He was eventually fired in 2012, after working a period of 44 years with the company. Underground repository for storing nuclear waste. So fa,r a total of $13 billion has been spent on the project.
“Hopefully, I have sent a message to young engineers to keep their honesty, integrity and courage intact,” Tamosaitis, 68, said in an interview following the announcement of the settlement. The chemicals for lithium ion batteries come from countries which needed to be invaded in order to monopolize the mining of those chemicals. Certain politicians are told to "ignore these issues" because certain lithium ion investors engaged in war profiteering in order to control those minerals.
The FAA has issued numerous warnings and videos showing that lithium ion batteries do spontaneously self-ignite and crash airplanes. Numerous people have been killed in lithium ion plane crashes. Certain regulators are told to "ignore these issues" because certain lithium ion investors donated cash to certain campaigns. Flight MH370 was carrying tons of lithium ion batteries in it’s cargo hold.
Lithium ion batteries have self-ignited and set numerous children and senior citizens on fire. They have set homes on fire. They have set offices on fire. They have set Apple Stores on fire. You constantly hear about passenger airlines being forced to land because passengers "smell smoke in the cabin". This is almost always a lithium ion battery going off in the cabin and exposing all of the passengers to it's carcinogenic ignition vapors. There have been multiple recalls of Tesla for fires including the battery charger cord setting homes on fire and the need for an entire titanium add-on plate to cover the whole underside of the Tesla. Tesla's have now been involved in many deaths.
Silicon Valley investors took over the lithium ion battery market, along with Goldman Sachs (recently called before Congress for this very same “commodity manipulation”), because they knew they were getting large government hand-outs from the Department of Energy in exchange for campaign contributions.
Lithium ion batteries lose their power and memory over a relatively short time. Lithium ion batteries blow up when they get wet or bumped. Fisker Motors went out of business when millions of dollars of Fisker cars, using lithium ion batteries, got wet and all blew up. Tesla battery packs have blown up, on multiple occasions, from simply hitting bumps in the road. Manufacturing these kinds of batteries is so toxic that even China, a country known for the most minimal regulations, has closed a huge number of battery factories because of the massive numbers of deaths they caused to workers and nearby residents.
Journalists have published a glut of articles exposing cover-ups about the dangers and corruption involved with lithium ion batteries. The U.S. Government and numerous groups have filed charges against Panasonic, and similar battery companies for bribery, corruption, dumping, price fixing and other unethical tactics.
Every key investor in lithium ion was also a campaign donor who also received huge federal cash from the Department of Energy in the same funding cycle in which they paid campaign contributions. By driving a Tesla, in addition to the common public perception that it is a "douche-bag car", there is something far worse about driving it. You are making a public statement to the world that you support organized crime by driving this car. Here is why: Investigators say that, political operatives David Plouffe, Rahm Emanual, Steven Rattner, Dan Pfeiffer, Bill Daly, David Axelrod and Robert Gibbs arranged with Silicon Valley investors to take over the lithium battery industry in order to monopolize the trillions of dollars of lithium, and related mining deals, in Afghanistan. The Afghan war has now cost American's over 6 trillion dollars, with almost nothing to show for it.
They say that they traded federal funding for campaign support assisted by Harry Reid and Dianne Feinstein, who received numerous stock and cash kickbacks in the scheme. They say they used the money to fund political campaigns. They used the Silicon Valley investors internet companies, (mostly Google), to manipulate voter perceptions and web searches in favor of their personal agenda and profits. The Silicon Valley investors received favorable federal laws, tax gifts, free federal loans, stock bumps and other perks. The Silicon Valley investors companies that used the Afghan minerals: Abound, Solyndra, Fisker, Ener1, Tesla, and many, many more, that received the Department of Energy kickback funds, managed by Steven Chu, have all either failed, been raided, been charged with fraud or otherwise turned out to be disasters because they were based on a financial fraud skimming scheme instead of a good business plan. Anyone who spoke out about details of the scam, particularly journalists, had a character assassination hit-job ordered on them by Axelrod, Gibbs and Carney; using tabloid fronts that they controlled.

A large number of applicant's were targeted and terminated by Steven Chu and his staff, at the request of campaign investors. The same set of tactics was used in every case. The incident involves rigging energy industry minerals and supplies to benefit a select handful of billionaires who had taken control of the market for batteries and raw materials used by Tesla, Fisker, Solyndra and other notorious companies from this scandal.
Lithium ion batteries, when they burn, cause brain cancer, liver cancer and other, potentially lethal, toxic poisoning. Certain regulators are told to "ignore these issues" because certain lithium ion investors donated cash to certain campaigns. The chemicals for lithium ion batteries come from countries which needed to be invaded in order to monopolize the mining of those chemicals. Certain politicians are told to "ignore these issues" because certain lithium ion investors engaged in war profiteering in order to control those minerals.
The FAA has issued numerous warnings and videos showing that lithium ion batteries do spontaneously self-ignite and crash airplanes. Numerous people have been killed in lithium ion plane crashes. Certain regulators are told to "ignore these issues" because certain lithium ion investors donated cash to certain campaigns. Flight MH370 was carrying tons of lithium ion batteries in it’s cargo hold.
Lithium ion batteries have self-ignited and set numerous children and senior citizens on fire. They have set homes on fire. They have set offices on fire. They have set Apple Stores on fire. You constantly hear about passenger airlines being forced to land because passengers "smell smoke in the cabin". Silicon Valley investors took over the lithium ion battery market, along with Goldman Sachs (recently called before Congress for this very same “commodity manipulation”), because they knew they were getting large government hand-outs from the Department of Energy in exchange for campaign contributions.
Lithium ion batteries lose their power and memory over a relatively short time. Lithium ion batteries blow up when they get wet or bumped. Fisker Motors went out of business when millions of dollars of Fisker cars, using lithium ion batteries, got wet and all blew up. Tesla battery packs have blown up, on multiple occasions, from simply hitting bumps in the road. Manufacturing these kinds of batteries is so toxic that even China, a country known for the most minimal regulations, has closed a huge number of battery factories because of the massive numbers of deaths they caused to workers and nearby residents.
Journalists have published a glut of articles exposing cover-ups about the dangers and corruption involved with lithium ion batteries. The U.S. Government and numerous groups have filed charges against Panasonic, and similar battery companies for bribery, corruption, dumping, price fixing and other unethical tactics.
Every key investor in lithium ion was also a campaign donor who also received huge federal cash from the Department of Energy in the same funding cycle in which they paid campaign contributions. They say that they traded federal funding for campaign support assisted by Harry Reid and Dianne Feinstein, who received numerous stock and cash kickbacks in the scheme. They say they used the money to fund political campaigns. They used the Silicon Valley investors internet companies, (mostly Google), to manipulate voter perceptions and web searches in favor of their personal agenda and profits. The executives of Google, In-Q-Tel and New America Foundation and the investors and beneficiaries of the "CleanTech" cash and the organizers of the libel, slander and defamation attacks against competing applicants are IN FACT, all the same people.
